Back in 2014, a team of hugely experienced Treasury, Transaction Banking, and Technology experts were frustrated. They saw a need to streamline and augment global trade by opening up a closed market. And to transform the industry for the digital age.

Joshua Kroeker

Chief Executive Officer

As Mitigram's Chief Executive Officer in 2025, Joshua leads a world-class team to redefine trade finance. With 15 years of experience at HSBC in Canada and Hong Kong, he spearheaded the digital transformation of their global trade finance operations and championed emerging technologies to drive innovation. He then transitioned to entrepreneurship, including a key role at Contour where he was the Chief Product Officer after successfully leading a development initiative with 8 banks. Recognized as one of Forbes' Top 50 Executives in Enterprise Blockchain, Joshua has established himself as a proven thought leader in the industry.

Marjon Wohlén

Founder & Product Owner

Marjon Wohlén brings 30 years of treasury-fintech expertise, has dedicated her working life to converting complexity into innovative solutions. Marjon led fintech innovators Trema and IT2, delivering cutting-edge treasury technology solutions. Co-founder of Mitigram, Marjon pioneered a digital marketplace disrupting trade finance by connecting insurers, banks, and exporters. Now, as Head of Product, she is responsible for developing forward-thinking solutions that drive digitalization and enhance efficiency in the sector.

Tony Sepandian

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

As Mitigram's Chief Financial Officer in May 2024, Tony Sepandian combines Fortune 500 rigor with scale-up agility. His savvy financial management helped transform Hive Streaming turning the company around from a position of considerable losses to one of profitability. Tony encourages innovation, growth, and a strong sense of resilience at Mitigram, aligning with the company’s vision, and ethos. His financial acumen also contributed to Hive Streaming’s recognition as SaaS Company of the Year in 2020 in Sweden.

Tobias Jansäter

Chief Technology Officer

Tobias Jansäter, the Chief Technology Officer, plays a pivotal role in keeping Mitigram at the forefront of tailoring cutting-edge technology solutions that align with the trade finance industry. Tobias has been an integral part of Mitigram since its inception. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from KTH and with over two decades of practical experience in software design across various industries, Tobias oversees Mitigram's technology initiatives, quality assurance activities, and IT strategies. His leadership ensures seamless execution and successful outcomes in his role.

Martin Riit

Head of Product

Martin Riit joined Mitigram in 2015 and has been a driving force behind the company’s technological and product evolution. Over the years, he has held several key leadership roles, including CIO, COO, Chief Solution Architect, and Head of Data, each shaping the foundation of Mitigram’s value proposition. In 2025, Martin assumed the role of Head of Product, where he continues to drive innovation, enhance user experience, and deliver lasting value to clients. Before joining Mitigram, he worked extensively in software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational risk management, advising leading financial institutions and corporations. His deep technical expertise and strategic mindset make him an invaluable leader in Mitigram’s ongoing growth and innovation.

Angelica Kempe

Head of People and Culture

Angelica Kempe came aboard Mitigram in 2024 to establish the people function and develop a thriving culture. Angelica has expanded operational efficiency, streamlined workflows, and reorganized departments into highly efficient and successful business units. Professionally, Angelica was engaged in HR positions at large multinational companies, conducting various HR tasks and overseeing vital projects. Her experience and dedication to organizational management and development have truly made her a valuable asset of the firm.

Andreas Rozelaar

Head of Legal and Compliance

As Mitigram’s Head of Legal & Compliance, Andreas Rozelaar brings expertise in SaaS law, IT, and information security. With extensive experience in negotiating global SaaS transactions and building ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance frameworks, he ensures Mitigram’s legal, regulatory, and information-security foundations remain strong, scalable, and aligned with the company’s growth and innovation goals.
